A fully functional steam engine manufactured in-house using traditional workshop techniques. All components were produced through manual lathing and milling, alongside cutting, drilling, reaming, knurling, and threading operations.
The project required careful tolerance control, concentricity management, and surface finish considerations to achieve reliable high-speed operation. The completed assembly was capable of speeds exceeding 2,000 RPM, demonstrating both mechanical integrity and accurate manufacturing execution.
